What is the "Walk, Fast, Shrink" Challenge?
The "Walk, Fast, Shrink" Challenge is an approach to wellness and weight loss, designed exclusively for women who are ready to step into their power. Over 30 days, you'll be guided through a journey of:
- Walking: Discover the joy and benefits of daily walks, designed to fit into any schedule and suitable for any fitness level. You are going to aim to walk at least 45 minutes per day to up to an hour. Longer if you are up for it but totally not necessary.
- Fasting: Learn how intermittent fasting can boost your health, improve energy levels, and support weight loss in a sustainable way. We are aiming for an 8 hour eating window and fasting for 16 hours. Start at 12 if you are new at this and work your way up!
- Mindful Eating: We aren't depriving ourselves but we are eating healthier options. Real food! Grab you food scale and weigh everything so you can accurately track your calories.

I love your YouTube channel that I just find today. May I join the 30 day challenge for April? It is April 10, and I some of issues already – like intermittent fasting, walking 2 hours 5 days (Mon-Fri), I have a weight scale that I’m not using, but we’ll start. After viewing your two videos, my problem is not weight my food, not counting calories of what I should eat in a day to loss weight. And most important don’t over think it, keep it simple. Thanks.
