Can you believe it? The Walk, Fast, Shrink Challenge kicks off today April 1st! It's time to lace up those sneakers, channel your inner It Girl and get ready to unlock a whole new level of confidence.
During this challenge, we will be :
Walking 45 minutes to 1 hour per day in our fat burning heart rate zone.
Intermittent Fasting. Start with a time frame you are comfortable with. Then if you can, try extending an hour.
Eating in a caloric deficit. We will measure our food for accuracy. Using a tracking app like loseit will make this a breeze.

The Basics: Hydrate like a Queen! Have that water bottle ready! Check out my favorite water bottle here! Keeps my water ice cold.

To make sure you are walking in your fat burning zone, you will need a heart rate monitor. I recommend this one. If you have an Apple Watch, that will work as well.
Do a quick google search for "fat burning heart rate" to find what zone you need to be in.
