For Physical Products

At The It Girl University, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please note the following terms for returns:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
• Shipping Label: Please note that customers are required to provide a shipping label for returns. Ensure that your return package is tracked to guarantee receipt.
• Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred.
