- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
- Shipping Label: Please note that customers are required to provide a shipping label for returns. Ensure that your return package is tracked to guarantee receipt.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred.
